- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Federal guidelines.
- Lead project kick-off meetings, establishing clear objectives, roles, and responsibilities for project team members.
- Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and government agencies throughout the project life-cycle.
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among project team members, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns in a timely and effective manner.

- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues impacting project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs, proactively identifying deviations from plan and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

- Financial Management:
- Prepare and maintain project budgets, tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and managing change orders as required.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and provide accurate reporting to senior management and clients on project financial status and performance.

- Quality Assurance and Control:
- Establish and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that all construction activities meet or exceed Federal standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- PMP certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 of experience in project management, with a focus on construction management in Federal government and mission-critical data center environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
