Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration
Foster a collaborative and results driven sales culture within the team
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the California market
HVAC, Controls, Lighing, Building Envelope, Solar, Batteries and/or EV Charging
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
Client Engagement:
Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights and contribute to overall company strategy.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline preferred
Experience Qualifications:
Must have experience with ESPC or UESC contract vehicles
