This will include building high-performance teams, managing KPIs, and ensuring success. Value Creation for the company: The Operations Manager will work closely with the warehouse floor team to ensure efficiency, accuracy and safety of the team, while maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse. They will also be available to provide resolution to any customer issues that may arise. They will oversee the hiring and training of staff. They will also be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity for improvement to help cultivate a constantly improving culture.

Job Responsibilities: - Lead, manage and coordinate all activities of all warehouse team members.
- Maintain all machines, equipment, materials and supplies.
- Support the General Manager in all company initiatives.
- Oversee the Area/ Assistant Managers and their initiatives.
- Resolve any escalated customer issues, not resolved by Area/ Asst. Manager.
- Maintain optimal level of customer service and mentor other team members in customer service.
- Maximize profitability and setting/ meeting sales targets, including motivating team members to do so as well.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed for maximum safety and efficiency - including proper handling and storage of products.
- Liaison with Area/ Asst. Managers
- Liaison with General Manager
Job Requirements - High School diploma or equivalent - Required
- Associate Degree - Preferred
- MUST have 3 years experience as a Manager
- MUST have 3 years of experience of inventory and warehouse management
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Great attention to detail and highly organized
- Self-motivated and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven communication and time management skills
- Must be dependable and have excellent attendance
- Ability to be on your feet all day and work in extreme temperatures
- Bilingual is a plus!
