Client Relationship Management:

Foster communication by bridging client-staff gaps and facilitating on-site communication.

Drive process improvement efforts by analyzing available data, suggesting solutions, and implementing effective approaches.

Present insightful reports with data-driven business reviews to both internal and external stakeholders.

Boost employee engagement by implementing and measuring the impact of employee engagement programs, focusing on NPS and retention.

Maintain client alignment by holding weekly meetings to ensure seamless collaboration with the client.

Temporary Staff Management:

Manage operations and safety by overseeing daily activities, monitoring compliance, reporting incidents, and enforcing workplace regulations.

Orient and guide temporary staff by participating in new hire orientations, ensuring policy understanding, addressing concerns, and fulfilling scope of role as primary contact.

Optimize workforce management by regularly tracking attendance, maintaining time records, and managing onboarding for temporary staff, ensuring smooth integration and policy adherence.

Partner with clients to identify and proactively fulfill opportunities by fostering career development and being the subject-matter-expert for your client’s employee conversion cycle.

Logistics and Administration:

Streamline financial operations by managing payroll and invoicing for temporary staff, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Generate data-driven insights by maintaining accurate records, producing reports for clients, and providing clear updates.

Offer comprehensive support by handling administrative tasks outlined in partnership between GoJob and the client, fostering smooth communication and collaboration.

Optimize cost management by monitoring costs with a focus on gross merchandise value and expenses, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures as possible.

Assist with other duties as assigned.

Recruitment and Hiring:

Screen and interview candidates, manage new hire processes, and develop talent pools for future client needs.

Handle multiple projects concurrently, effectively balancing routine tasks and strategic initiatives.

Monitor various KPIs and report on progress; ensure efficiency and profitability by meeting or exceeding goals.

Maintain full compliance with all systems and policies, promptly addressing any identified gaps.

Enhance the company image through community events, relationship development, and collaborating with local organizations and leaders.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management role(s); preferably in manufacturing or logistics plant, or temporary-staffing industry.

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Excellent communication: interpersonal and negotiation skills are critical at all levels of the client organization.

Action-oriented with demonstrated success working autonomously.

Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency.

Proven ability to solve problems and resolve issues effectively.

Ability to identify client needs, and deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.

Proficient in time management and prioritizing workload.

Experience with Google Suite, Paylocity or relevant staffing software is optional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
