NeighborWorks Green Bay is Hiring a Director of Resource Development Near Green, WI

NeighborWorks Green Bay, a 42-year-old housing and community development nonprofit, seeks an energetic development professional to lead our community building, fundraising, and communications team. This director is a member of senior management, leads a team of five, and reports to the President & CEO.

The Resource Development Director will deepen existing and grow new relationships throughout Northeast Wisconsin to fund and support our mission of solving housing challenges and building stronger communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about philanthropy and enjoy representing the organization throughout the community. The most competitive candidates will have at least five years in fund development and experience in marketing and communications. Candidates with other professional experience are welcomed but will need to be well-versed in how these skills will translate to nonprofit fundraising, community building, and communications. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and exceptional communication skills in writing and in-person.

The Resource Development Director is a full-time (40 hours/week) position and works primarily day-time hours Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend hours may be required for special events. The initial salary range is $70,000 – $80,000, commensurate with relevant experience, and includes a generous benefits package.
