We are seeking a marketing assistant to join our team! The marketing assistant will work to create engaging social media posts for Neighborhood Loans. Including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter platforms. We are heavily focused on short-form content such as FB / IG reels, YouTube shorts, TikToks etc. The marketing assistant is expected to bring new and fun ideas for social media posts and ways to engage perspective clients. The marketing assistant will also manage and create email marketing campaigns to send to our email database as needed. Responsibilities:

• Design, create and post social media content across all social platforms
• Shoot and edit reels
• Manage and execute multiple email marketing campaigns
• Running and setting up social media ads
• Manage online reviews (Yelp, Zillow, Google)
• Assist VP of marketing with miscellaneous tasks
• Attend and help set up Marketing events
• Proposes innovative ideas for content
• Works within marketing team and other cross functional teams across Neighborhood Loans
• Create within Neighborhood Loans creative direction as well as brand guidelines
• Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
• Present design concepts to Marketing Director for approval as needed
• Incorporate changes recommended by manager and clients into final designs
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing across all format landscapes – print, digital, web
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

• Comfortable with social media platforms, primarily Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Excellent communication, including strong written communication and editing skills
• Creatively minded, enjoys creative projects and design
• Graphic design skills are a plus
• Video Editing skills are a plus
• Layout skills
• Flexibility
• Deadline-oriented
• Time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
• Mortgage / Real Estate industry knowledge is a HUGE plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
