Instant Pot Brands is Hiring a Marketing Associate Near Downers Grove, IL
What will you do?
- Manage the digital content execution to build customer acquisition and increase engagement, including email and SMS marketing, Instant Pot website, and Instant Connect App
- Create and deploy customer retention tactics across the website and Instant Connect app
- Manage web and app-based updates and content rotations
- Work collaboratively with product marketing and cross functional marketing partners
- Manage the creative development and execution of email marketing assets, including testing and optimization, this may involve direct management of internal and external design resource
- Track KPIs and results with the ability to adapt to quick changes based on conversion rates
- Build analytical reports to provide insights for website and app engagement, content performance, email engagement, etc.
- Use data analysis to provide ongoing recommendations and optimizations and evolve the future strategy
- Lead the execution of programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and industry trends to help identify new opportunities
- Monitor shared marketing inboxes, triaging and handling emails as necessary
- Execute additional marketing activities in support of the entire team, as needed
Who we are looking for:
- A Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset
- Knowledge of best practices and industry standards in customer retention marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation and copywriting skills
- Understands how to work with KPIs and analyze data
- Experience in building marketing emails using Iterable is a plus
- Experience with Shopify and coding is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required, or higher degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in marketing
