We are manufacturer of dyes & pigments used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, personal care & home care application. Manufacturing unit is in India whereas US office is extended arm of parent company from India. In US, products are stored in warehouse in NJ & further distributed to customers based in US.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving & forwarding Inward shipment documents to warehouse,
• Tracking the ETA of inward shipments, arranging the customs clearance of cargo within time & moving to warehouse,
• Maintain inventory & dispatch register in excel sheet,
• Stock reconciliation with warehouse portal,
• Receive PO from customer & ensure timely delivery of order to customers,
• Handling sample request of customers,
• Liaison with Mumbai office for Import shipments.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to expand the client base.

Qualifications:

• Sales/Admin Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic ingredients industry, is beneficial. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and negotiation techniques is an advantage.
• Product Knowledge: understanding of ingredients used in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries, including their applications, benefits, and regulatory requirements.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are crucial for building and maintaining client relationships.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
