NeedleTech Products, Inc. is medical device manufacturer in N. Attleboro, MA. We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our AMAZING, growing team.

The role of this position:

Candidate will be responsible for designing fixtures required to process/modify products in manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical design experience
• Minimum of 5 years of CAD/CAM experience with Solidworks
• Experience with Cagilla software
• Prefer medical device experience, but not required.

• Can design plastic and steel products in the process of new product development
• Have the ability to use CAD/CAM software to program systems and machines to generate programs that drive and control processes such as laser cutters and CNC machines
• Understand dimensioning and tolerancing standards
• Have strong problem solving and critical reasoning skills
• Have experience with and drive for continuous improvement and process facilitation.
