The Customer Service Representative is the frontline support for the organization and must always express the upmost professionalism. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling a large number of participant and provider phone calls regarding multiple topic inquires. The Customer Service Representative will evaluate claims and documents to assist in providing a resolution by applying Plan coverage and internal process guidelines. The Customer Service Representative will also properly document each phone call, maintain participant records, as well as assist with processing claims when necessary.
Essential Functions of Position
Customer Service - 75%
Processing Medical Claims - 15%
Other Duties as Assigned - 10%
