Nebraska Pain Institute is seeking a seeking a full time RN to join our team. This position requires a caring, compassionate and professional person who is detail oriented. This position will work directly with the providers to offer professional support to patients and their families.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with providers to provide excellent care
• Triage patient phone calls and answers patient questions regarding care and treatment
• Retrieve messages and responds to calls from patients, pharmacies, and other medical offices and communicate in a timely manner as delegated by the providers
• Provides adequate patient education
• Assists in the completion of the medication refill process per physician/provider protocol
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA Guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

• 1 year experience preferred
• CPR and BLS Certified
• Valid licensure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour
