Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team, responsible for managing customer interactions and facilitating sales processes for both our automotive and flat glass departments. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating with customers, providing pricing information, and securing sales appointments for our outside sales representatives. This position offers a competitive salary with commission incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, social media and in-person to understand their window tinting needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate pricing information and answering product-related questions.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
  • Coordinate appointments and consultations with outside sales representatives, ensuring seamless scheduling and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Effectively manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including generating quotes, processing orders, and managing customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to optimize sales strategies, identify opportunities for upselling, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field, preferably in the automotive or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
  • Knowledge of automotive and flat glass window tint and services is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel to customer sites or industry events.
