Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hourly Supervisor to join our team at The Lakehouse (Formerly Lindey's Lakehouse). The Hourly Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant during service hours. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service and adherence to company standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management to maintain optimal staffing levels while controlling costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, respect, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant environment, preferably in upscale casual dining.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including familiarity with wine and cocktail service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in restaurant POS systems.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
