Job Summary:
NCR Ventures is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll & Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Efficiently manage weekly payroll input and reconciliation for our multiple locations.
· Coordinate Health Benefits and Workers Compensation administration.
· Process paperwork for unemployment and child support matters.
· Act as the primary point of contact for Payroll and Workers Compensation inquiries.
· Providing support for Accounts Payable across multiple locations.
· Filing invoices and other paperwork for multiple locations.
· Undertaking special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, CTUIT and R365 is a plus.
Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality is required.
Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and debits/credits
- Proficient in data entry
- Experience with account reconciliation and financial reporting
- Working knowledge of payroll software (Heartland)
