This role encompasses day to day business systems and sales management as well as mentoring and coaching others to deliver on sales goals and customer satisfaction expectations. Help coordinate sold installation and HVAC system replacement jobs, invoices and material inventories, perform ride along’s with sales professionals and inspect vehicles and sales materials to ensure compliance with company standards and processes that drive profitability.
