Job: Senior Planning Analyst

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, ideally Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
• Experience supporting a Government Project or Product Office in an acquisition organization such as PEO AVN.
• Accomplished self-starter with the ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision.
• Experience collaborating with project or product office personnel.
• Experience developing Systems Acquisition Planning Schedules.
• Experience gathering data and conducting analysis to document, review, and coordinate programmatic projects and requirements for each PEO managed aircraft.
• Experience conducting systems acquisition analysis to develop recommendations on integration and coordination efforts of future systems acquisition, engineering, sustainment, and fleet management from a reliability engineering viewpoint. Gather data and conduct analysis to document, review, and coordinate programmatic projects and requirements for each PEO managed aircraft.
• Assist PMs, or other customers, to generate metrics and measurement techniques to provide program office leadership with timely and accurate information on the state of ongoing and planned efforts.
• Experience in program development, structuring, or system architecture within the government or industry.
• Experience with leading small teams for a common goal.
