Position Summary | ||
As a Senior Product Owner at Navia, you will bring an in depth understanding of complex stakeholder needs including compliance, Client service and TPA administration to influence the design and development of internal software applications and integrations to 3rd party software. You will participate in an Agile Scrum software development methodology to define and deliver solutions and ensure the product design fulfils business needs. You will also serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the software team and will use your expertise to champion the following themes:· Compliance: Offering a system design that reduces litigation risk for our client base.· Client & member service needs: Client retention is the most cost-effective marketing campaign. Offering features that reduces our clients’ workload without adding it to ours will ensure efficiency and retention.· TPA administration needs: Time is money so designing a system that brings processing efficiencies and reduces incoming member/client support needs is our goal.· Prioritizing: Balancing design requests with system requirements and prioritizing them into stage 1, 2 and 3 appropriately.· Creative problem solving: Ensure product requirements reflect innovative and creative solutions to problems. See each problem as an opportunity to find solutions not previously considered to ensure product design supports efficient and effective process flows. | ||
