PACCAR is Hiring a Product Manager Near Renton, WA

Requisition Summary
As the TRP Product Manager, you are responsible for launching TRP programs into the market to achieve program goals. You will work closely with PACCAR Global Supplier Quality, Purchasing, Product Marketing, and Aftermarket Engineering teams throughout the entire launch process. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead projects related to continuous improvement of processes and product life-cycle solutions. This role will participate in several training events to increase knowledge and awareness of TRP Programs to internal and external customers. This role will drive initiatives to increase TRP sales through quality product offerings.
Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze competitive market data and competitor trends to identify viable TRP programs.
  • Analyze potential aftermarket programs by completing product definition, warranty analyses, and other program development documents.
  • Develop and manage existing aftermarket program opportunities, including product validation, packaging, labeling, and logistics.
  • Review Supplier Scorecards and develop improvement plans for underperforming suppliers.
  • Collaborate with other departments throughout PACCAR to achieve program objectives.
  • Track program launch progress and drive projects to completion.
  • Demonstrate a critical understanding of business processes and challenges to recommend and develop solutions to meet unique business needs and achieve objectives.
  • Lead projects related to product life-cycle solutions and management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required, Master's Degree preferred
  • Five or more years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of engineering concepts preferred
  • Strong analysis and communication skills
  • Experience with analyzing programs or projects and constructing deliverables
  • Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities, and vendor management experience
  • Experience with using business concepts and analytical expertise to recommend solutions and proposals
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, multi-functional business environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and working with all levels of management
  • Up to 15% travel required

Salary Range:
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $96,700.00 - $136,290.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
