Position Summary:

If you are passionate about numbers and transforming data into a visual story of our business performance, Senior Data Analyst, Customer Support is the role for you! You will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and transforming product specific data into a variety of reporting formats to support key goals and objective that drive ARR Net Retention and Expansion. In this role, you will work closely with teams in the Customer Success Organization, Product Management and Finance to understand the product market, value proposition, and key operational and financial metrics and drivers. Additionally, you will conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, documentation, and design, and provide process improvement opportunities that drive timely and accurate analytic reporting.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze, interpret and transform product related data to identify key themes, trend, risks and opportunities

• Create, maintain, and continually enhance standard reports and dashboards for a variety of stakeholder audiences

• Perform ad-hoc reporting as needed by the business (often with need for quick turn-around)

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of reports and deliver on-time per standard operating procedures

• Manage and organize the report library

• Proactively manage, develop and streamline reporting processes to add efficiencies without sacrificing quality for specific requests, monthly/quarterly reporting and ad-hoc reporting needs

• Create and maintain performance metrics dashboards and reports across the Customer Success and Product Management organizations and for presentation at all levels of the organization

• Create, maintain and enhance data visualization components in NAVEX's CRM to easily interpret data (dashboards, scorecards)

• Employ analytical techniques to estimate and model the relationships between specific data points and key metrics

• Perform root cause analysis recommendations to correct data defects

• Manage team Git repository

• Drive efficiencies through new tooling and methodology enhancements

What You Will Need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

• 3 years' experience in a data analytics role

• Critical thinking and an affinity for problem solving with high attention to detail

• Experience cleaning and manipulating large data sets to identify insights

• Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with accuracy and translate business requirements into clear and accessible reporting

• Knowledge of statistics and experience with reporting packages and tools; MS Excel, Salesforce, Python, R, and SQL database preferred

• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines

• Understanding of relational databases

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

• The starting pay range for this role is $65,000 per annum.

• Pay progression is based on performance.
