This individual will help to drive the growth and transformation strategy for Equitable Life business. We are looking for someone with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for enhancing our data architecture and data infrastructure to improve our ability to deliver timely reporting, forecasts, and key strategic insights to the business.
You will collaborate with the Team Lead to help achieve Team mission of optimizing client outcomes through initiatives that enhance advisor engagement, repeat business, for both the retail and independent channels. This team operates with a culture of innovation, embracing the principles of creativity, agility, design thinking and experimentation.
This position is on a Hybrid schedule and can be in either NY, New York or Charlotte, NC.
Key Job Responsibilities
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
