This role is responsible for partnering with the businesses, finance leaders and end user base exercising flexibility in a matrixed organization to identify emerging trends and implementing meaningful drivers and opportunities for forecast tuning.

The role also supports development and enhancement of financial data models across key financial metrics to provide best-in-class, transparent and accurate forecasting.

It will perform root cause analysis and interpret data and analyze using various techniques to identify anomalies and suggest solutions

The right candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and propensity for developing models and scenario analysis tools, strong data skills (SQL/Access, VBA, Python, R, etc.).

As well as skills to dissect data and processes to surface potential problems and opportunities and the ability to drive change management and root cause analysis techniques.

Ability to influence others and communicate effectively

This role reports to the Senior Director of Planning & Forecasting Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and enhance control monitoring processes and documentation for established data models
  • Support the standard forecast accuracy MOS including tools, templates and process
  • Coordinate day to day process support including website maintenance and data models program management
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of established processes
