Competitive and transparent pay practices, wellbeing programs and benefits with choice What You Will Do: Analyze, monitor and inform product KPIs and track performance over time Drive first time adoption of features Lead user data insights via Pendo and other available tools to inform high potential areas to improve the user experience and make sure that we're providing a platform that our users love Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute tests to validate our hypotheses, craft customer surveys and in-app messaging to enable commercial success What You Will Need: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5 years of experience working in a product or quantitative analytics role; digital marketing experience a plus Experience improving data insights, generating analytics and supporting product strategy Excellent presentation skills Highly innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines Naturally curious and proactive in learning Ability to develop quantitative analysis, ad-hoc reports and models to derive meaning from raw data in order to deliver actionable insights and influence product decisions and direction Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds We believe each member of our team deserves to see a path forward to achieving their career and financial goals. Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team. The starting pay range for this role is $85,000 .
