Position Description

You will serve as a Secretary (OA) of NAVSUP FLC PEARL HARBOR.

Position Duties / Responsibilities

• You will screen appointments for importance and urgency, and using discretion and knowledge of the Commanding Officer (CO), Executive Director (ED), and Executive Officer (XO) priorities and preferences.
• You will maintain CO, ED, and XO calendars, using discretion in establishing priorities for commitment of their time.
• You will compose routine correspondence.
• You will arrange / coordinate conferences, meetings, special events / ceremonies, and visits from distinguished visitors.
• You will receive and review all incoming correspondence and documents routed to the CO, XO or ED for signature, ensuring proper format, grammar, spelling;

and relevant background information.

You will maintain inventory of consumable supplies for the office and replenishes them as necessary.
