NaturalEssentials Inc, is Hiring a Floating Production/Assembly Associate (1st Shift) Near Streetsboro, OH
Natural Essentials, Inc. DBA Bulk Apothecary is a growing company that specializes in providing high-quality raw materials, essential oils, and cosmetic products to customers around the world.
We are currently seeking a Floater Production/Assembly Associate to join our team. This individual will float between locations and production departments (all within a 2-3 minute drive of one another).
The Floater Production/Assembly Associate operates and cleans factory equipment, works on an assembly line, puts together and inspects products, packages product, downfills liquid and dry products, and adheres to all factory safety guidelines and standards.
Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and parts.
- Follow production guidelines and specifications.
- Finalize and package products for shipment.
- Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment.
- Downfill and weigh product
- Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products.
- Work on the production line with speed, efficiency, and a high degree of accuracy and meet production targets both individually, and as a team.
- Follow health and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
- All other duties as assigned.
Manufacturing Associates Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED, required.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience, required.
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery, required.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Physical and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM /-
Pay Rate: $15.00-$16.00/HR depending upon experience
