- Follow health and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
- Assemble products and parts.
- Follow production guidelines and specifications.
- Finalize and package products for shipment.
- Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment.
- Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products.
- Work on the production line with speed, efficiency, and a high degree of accuracy and meet production targets both individually, and as a team.
- Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous assembly work, preferred.
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery, preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- High use of hands and arms for 8 hours per day.
- Ability to bend, walk, stand, for 8 hours per day.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
