Our mission is to solve the mid-funnel and drive consideration by making content as easy to execute, scale, and measure as advertising. To accomplish that mission, we need you!

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Product and the product team to define Nativo's Campaign & Creative tools, ensuring they are strategically aligned with market needs and Nativo's business objectives.
  • Understand user problems and market opportunities; translate that insight into an agile product roadmap and collaborate with UX, subject experts, and Engineers to make it happen.
  • Meticulously document product requirements and manage the engineering backlog, ensuring clear communication and prioritization of development tasks.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the success of launches and to empower market-facing teams.
  • Advise and participate in sales and marketing activities, including client meetings, sales demonstrations, and user conferences.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management in an AdTech environment or other relevant industry experience required; technical background strongly preferred.
  • Track record of successful product launches and a strong command of all aspects of the agile product development lifecycle.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, familiarity with native advertising and DSP platforms preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter with an analytical mindset and logical approach to problem solving and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Can take highly technical concepts and translate them into something simple and digestible
  • Must have a passion for data and moving seamlessly between your creative and analytical minds
  • Genuinely curious with the courage to ask thoughtful questions
  • You are incredibly curious and passionate about the future of digital advertising
  • Operates with a sense of urgency and an “owner” mindset and can work autonomously to find solutions and get the job done
  • Confident in building relationships at a distance in a fully distributed, remote-friendly environment
  • Easily adapts to changing business needs and all that comes with working in a dynamic late-stage startup environment

  • We’re not small or large but have talented people passionate about delivering on our mission. So, you’ll join a team where you can contribute efficiently without bureaucracy.
  • We run meetings responsibly. If we can effectively solve a problem asynchronously, we do. When we meet synchronously, you’ll always have the opportunity to contribute.
  • Our team has a wide range of experience (NBCUniversal, OpenX, VideoAmp, and Modern Luxury), and we are also excited to learn from you.
  • You can work remotely; we are big on outcomes rather than output. We don’t micromanage and will create an environment where you can do great work.
  • We’ll mold your role and shape a career you’re proud of. We care about you and your overall happiness and will help prepare you for whatever you want to do in the future.
