Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate new appointments and close sales of our security systems to new homeowners. You will receive some new homeowners from our realtor partners, as well as generating your own. Your primary focus will be to conduct in-home consultations, demonstrate the features and benefits of our security systems, and develop strong relationships with clients. This commission-based role has high earning potential for a driven sales professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new homeowners within assigned territories.
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate security solutions.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our security systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the security systems or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based compensation structure.
- High earning potential based on performance.
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
- Leads of new homeowners are provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission only
- Commission pay
Travel requirement:
- Up to 100% travel
