Laurel Square is a beautifully maintained facility nestled in the Oak Lane section of Philadelphia. We are seeking an experience Maintenance Director to join the team!
The responsibilities of Maintenance Director are:
- Plans, develops, organizes, and directs the activities of the Maintenance Department.
- Conducts routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Develop and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures.
- Coordinates and performs repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Manages relationships with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
- Ensures compliance with safety regulations and implement proper procedures.
- Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Collaborates with other departments to address facility-related concerns
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The qualifications of Maintenance Director are:
- Two years of Maintenance Director experience preferred
- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Understands and follows OSHA guidelines and other regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety policies a plus
