Nationwide Healthcare Services is Hiring a Maintenance Director Near Philadelphia, PA

Laurel Square is a beautifully maintained facility nestled in the Oak Lane section of Philadelphia. We are seeking an experience Maintenance Director to join the team!

The responsibilities of Maintenance Director are:

  • Plans, develops, organizes, and directs the activities of the Maintenance Department.
  • Conducts routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
  • Develop and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates and performs repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Manages relationships with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations and implement proper procedures.
  • Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
  • Collaborates with other departments to address facility-related concerns
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The qualifications of Maintenance Director are:

  • Two years of Maintenance Director experience preferred
  • Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Understands and follows OSHA guidelines and other regulations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety policies a plus
