- Utilizing our ticketing system, perform tier 1 IT helpdesk tasks and escalate when necessary.
- Provide technical support to end users, both remotely and in person, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring adherence to security policies and procedures.
- Provide computer training to employees as needed.
- Assist the Systems Administrator with continuous improvement initiatives.
