Job Description: FULL TIME, IN-OFFICE.
Commissions: UP TO 120/per application
This is a full-time, year-round opportunity providing $18/hour plus great commissions.
Duties:
- Maintain a focus on meeting all sales goals and other key performance indicators.
- Attend and participate in team huddles, meetings, and scheduled training sessions.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and be resourceful.
- Be coachable, open-minded, and open to constructive feedback.
- Adhere to attendance policies and notify management of any unforeseen absences or tardiness
- Maintain and keep current all licenses and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications:
- MUST BE ABLE TO GET LICENSED AND PASS BACKROUND CHECK
- Sales experience preferred; strong Telesales experience.
- Demonstrate ability to attain daily sales goals, self-motivated and sales driven.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and detailed written communication skills.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
