Who We're Looking For:

At National Debt Relief, we are seeking a Digital Product Manager to help our digital product team as we develop, identify opportunities, build digital solutions, and grow our digital product.

Our ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in Digital Product Management. They must have a customer-first mindset, a strong understanding of web-development (react/redux,html/css/js), an admin level understanding of salesforce as this serves as our source of truth, and the ability to help architect data pipelines that can be used to track, analyze, and improve our digital product. You don’t need to be able to write beautiful code, but you should know enough to create dev ready tickets. This role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

This role is two fold part tactical and part strategic:

Tactical Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing for NDR consumer facing properties
• Partner with the executive teams to identify key capabilities needed as well as identify potential issues and edge cases. Work with cross functional teams regularly determine prioritization of work.
• Help to manage development team in building out product, answering any questions that arise, and review work to ensure it meets the agreed upon requirements
• Help manage the product roadmap and backlog for our digital products
• Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements

Strategic Responsibilities

• Work with CPO and VP of Product to Drive product strategies and long term vision to build best in class digital products
• Assist Creative team in conducting user research and usability studies, collaborating with design and research teams to define products at a high level
• With Customer Experience team participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems) or related professional experience
• Minimum of 4 years experience in digital product management or similar
• Admin level Salesforce experience (Admin Certification preferred) as well as strong familiarity with React/Redux, HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL. You should at least be able to write a simple SQL join.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or Adobe XD; Figma preferred
• Strong analytical, and prioritization skills including demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects with overlapping timelines
• Passionate for building great products, solving customer/ business problems with proven track record for product delivery and launch at scale
• Ability to respond to changes in project scope rapidly and effectively
• Knowledge of Agile and Kanban values/concepts
• Start up experience, a sense of humor, as well as experience managing vendor relationships, including successful negotiation is a big plus
