NATIONAL BEVERAGE CORP is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Plantation, FL

JOB OVERVIEW:
Compiles and analyzes financial information for the organization. Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the Office of the Chairman by preparing an analytical overview of accounts. (WFM, Publix, Kroger, etc.) to determine throughput/sales rates, Sku growth opportunities and Inventory opportunities.
  • Plan and populate quarterly review scorecards for Sales and Operations.
  • Compile and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reporting needs for the President, EVP of Operations and CFO.
  • Run system reports as needed to build models and gather data to analyze Inventory. turns (Aging Inventory), FG Sales analysis and SKU Rationalization.
  • Track stock transfer status by monitoring variances from plan and protocol violations.
  • Utilize various financial information systems in the preparation of analysis, evaluation and reports relating to assigned areas.
  • Generate reporting for sales, marketing, pricing, business planning and production management.
  • Support various departments with their budgeting and accounting needs (liaison between Marketing and Accounting).
  • Assist with month end financial and operational analysis (Aging for Credit Dept.)
  • Centralized creation of brand data for all our business units with our Data Pool (Data Sync).
  • Create and maintain the data warehouse system (SAP BPC).
  • Provide operational support and analysis to sales teams and other functional areas including NPRF Review and analysis.
  • Develop models and reporting structures that identify costs (by function, process, fixed, and variable).
  • Provide customized reporting in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives
  • Ability to interact with the public and other employees in a positive manner and promote a cooperative working environment.
  • Consistently upholds high standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
  • Commitment to Company mission, philosophy and values.
Other duties as assigned by Manage.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Must have 3-5 years’ experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Experience with Business Objects and its reporting capabilities a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft business applications and various reporting software.
  • Strong project management, business writing and reporting skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-thinking skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
