The Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for providing support in daily metrics reporting utilizing salesforce.com and Hyperion Essbase and assisting other team members in Treasury and Capital Markets. This position reports directly to the SVP, Financial Planning Analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Extract data entered in from salesforce.com into excel templates for property proposals and budgets.
2. Review financial data and compare pro-forma and budget information.
3. Create financial modeling to provide insight into the business 
4. Responsible for forecasting and budgeting
5. Create reports with Cognos BI, UltiPro (UKG) Essbase, Power BI, SalesForce and SQL
6. Generate expense management modeling
7. Measure efficiency and effectiveness through evaluation modeling
8. Generate reports in salesforce and maintain updating pro-forma with new fields as needed.
9. Maintain master sheet of properties (existing and future jobs) and track properties that have been pledged to banks/facilities – either closed or pending monthly.
10. Review property p/l’s and projections monthly.
11. Work closely with Legal on launch timing of new properties signed and coordinate with Billing on timing of receiving payments.
12. Crosstrain and back up Senior Financial Analysts and Treasury Analysts as needed.
13. Produce adhoc analysis and management reports.
14. Assist other team members as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar discipline required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position required. Experience in having ownership and leading projects with a proactive, not reactive approach and able to independently drive initiatives to conclusions.
• Advanced computer literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint and Access
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and tasks, escalate or voice concerns or questions and exhibit strong people and influencing skills.
• Able to navigate through an organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points; create and document repeatable process to build consistency in presenting information.
• Exceptional oral communication and writing skills.
• Expert level Excel skills required, database management skills a plus.
• A team-oriented self-starter with strong attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
