Position Overview Information Technology Specialist position is a Full Time Position with Full Benefits. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Specialist to maintain and grow our Information Technology Infrastructure. Position Description:
You'll work independently to maintain our IT infrastructure that includes:
- Purchase, installation, maintenance, and replacement or repair of inoperative office hardware components including personal computers, portable tablets, printers, surveillance camera systems, automatic door systems, and network related items including servers, switches, wireless links, mobile phones, APC backups, GPS units, ID system, etc.
- Purchase, installation, and maintenance of software packages and software database systems including software installations, existing database maintenance and updates, and systems backup and security. Software products that we currently use are: SQL Servers, Windows Based Servers & Workstations, Zoll Data, All Data Manage, ESO, Quickbooks, PBX VOIP, Fax over PC, etc.
- Maintaining a Windows based Network that allows different software database systems to interface onsite and remotely.
- Creating reports using Cristal Reports and dashboards and scripts and Website Maintenance.
Preferred Knowledge of:
- Microsoft Server
- Microsoft SQL
- Virtual Server & Virtual Windows
- Microsoft Windows Network
