Natera is Hiring a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist
Accounts Receivable Specialist - Temporary Position ( 4 month contract)
Responsibilities:
- Create, print and mail invoices
- Daily cash application of lock box receipts, wire transfers and payments by credit card
- Process refunds as necessary
- Field billing phone calls and emails to answer any questions from patients
- Work with other teams to ensure correct billing and to resolve unapplied payments on customer accounts
- Data Entry Collections
- Special projects as assigned
- Professionally handle access to HIPAA information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of account receivables experience
- Work experience in billing/credit/collections/insurance
- High degree of integrity including ability to successfully deal with sensitive or confidential information
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (Preferably Oracle) and general accounting activities required
The pay range for this role is $25-$30. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
