Bombo Italian Kitchen is an exciting new concept from Chef Ethan Stowell featuring wood-fired pizzas alongside fresh-made pasta and an Italian menu highlighting the fresh and seasonal ingredients of the Pacific Northwest. With a central location at the base of the new Convention Center in downtown Seattle, Bombo will cater to a dynamic and varied clientele including local as well as national and international visitors. Our servers thrive in a fast-paced environment and are highly skilled at exceeding our guests' expectations. Qualifications

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and steps of service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have an interest in developing a broader knowledge of food, beer, wine, and spirits offerings
• Valid Washington State Alcohol Server Permit
• Current WA Food Workers Card
