We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated sales professional to fill the position of Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales effort of multiple branches and Sales Representatives within a region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Develop a strategy to increase sales and customer base
* Manage multiple Sales Reps across multiple sales territories
* Contributes to the development of the annual revenue budget for multiple sales territories
* Develops and manages operational budget for sales effort
* Responsible for meeting sales revenue objectives
* Creates and maintains sales processes and procedures
* Establishes and maintains sales areas for Sales Reps
* Helps develop and maintain customer relations
* Generates quotes and review quotes of sales staff
* Recruits and maintains capable sales staff
* Responsible for training and development of sales staff
* Ensures safety of both the workplace and workforce
* Adheres to and enforces all company policies and procedures
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Must be self-motivated, high-energy and have the desire to be successful.
* High school diploma or GED. Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
* 5 years of industry or sales management experience preferred.
* Experience using CRM software a plus.
* Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
* Must demonstrate effective time management skills.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
