About Us
Nashville Collaborative Counseling Center is an outpatient group practice that provides in-person and virtual therapy to a variety of mental health needs and populations. We practice mental health care with compassion, integrity, authenticity, and collaboration, creating spaces of healing in our communities. We seek to be a force for transformation and healing in the world.
We’re a young company looking for dedicated mental healthcare professionals who can handle growth and change with flexibility and grace. If you’re looking for a super stable, steady, never-changing workplace, we’re probably not for you. Being part of a start-up means we must be responsive to change and nimble with our business practices. We don’t have it all figured out and are wary of people and organizations who claim to have all the answers. Instead, we welcome innovation and creativity, openness and understanding, curiosity and courage. If you’re up for a challenge while being held in compassion, creativity, and care, we’d love to hear from you.
