About the role: Narrative Strategies seeks a Marketing Associate to assist our multi-faceted marketing efforts and contribute to our company’s growth. This individual will work to define and maintain Narrative’s brand marketing strategy in conjunction with Narrative leadership, and will execute several marketing functionalities, including the following:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
• Utilize HubSpot to create email and social media campaigns, track analytics, and manage customer relationships.
• Collaborate with business development team members to align marketing strategies and sales objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and other client/prospect outreach experiences.
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data.
• Identify industry events, conferences, and awards, maintaining up-to-date tracking documentation with the latest applicable opportunities
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks, file control and documentation retention, and the operations of the company's internal marketing working group.

About the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B or professional services environment.
• Proficiency in HubSpot’s marketing and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Proven understanding of inbound marketing strategies and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems.
