Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Manager. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services - Manage and coordinate appointments and reservations - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and order entry - Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk area is clean and organized - Assist with project coordination and support other departments as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or front desk management preferred - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excellent typing speed and accuracy - Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems - Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is a plus - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Front Desk Manager.
