Our busy and growing orthodontic practice is in search of a team player to serve as a receptionist. We are looking for a motivated, energetic and organized team player that is dedicated to ensuring patient satisfaction and working hard to grow with our practice.

Our office uses the most current technology in orthodontics, including digital radiology and digital scanners.

• Ability to travel to multiple locations - Fort Myers, Estero, and Naples

Responsibilities:

• Making an outstanding first impression with patients and families
• Establish rapport with patients and their families throughout their treatment
• Manage the schedule and getting patients into their appointments
• Ability to verify insurance benefits and review payment options with patients.
• Correspond with referring offices
• Ability to run reports within software

The right person will ideally have experience in the orthodontic field and have experience with Cloud 9. This may be waived, however, for the right person who has a record of success in sales and customer service and is ready to jump in fast to learning all about orthodontics!

This role also allows for growth opportunities in leadership and business development. Pay is commensurate with experience, work ethic and personality fit for our culture.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
