Summary of the position:
The Service Production Manager is responsible for managing all production aspects of services, teams, and production equipment/infrastructure of Naples Church, (“NaplesChurch”), Working with the Associate Pastor for weekend service development. The Service Production Manager is also responsible for working with other ministries to fulfill all ministry production needs and the production needs for events.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
· Two (2) years experience in video production or broadcast environment
· Basic understanding of audio, video, and lighting systems, equipment, and concepts
· Intermediate Mac and PC proficiency
· Familiarity with ProPresenter, Hog 4 PC, BlackMagic Atem TV, and various projector control interfaces preferred but not required
· Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
· Relational and team-building skills required
· Effective time management
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Manage all Production operations required to support and facilitate NaplesChurch services and events, including:
* Upholding department policies regarding systems, training methods, workflow, etc.
o Ensuring proper equipment maintenance and management
o Coordinating interdepartmental projects
o Engaging in long-term department planning
· Provide clear written and verbal direction to serve team members in regards to assignments and vision.
· Oversee and manage all production needs for services and events in the main auditorium.
· Attend planning meetings as needed for services and events with the Associate Pastor and Conference or Event Leads.
· Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of all production equipment and computers
· Oversee all digital media content services and events
· Obtain equipment quotes and facilitate purchases and rentals with vendors as needed
· Serve as Live Video Director for services and events as needed
· Nurture and maintain relationships with equipment vendors, while actively pursuing relationships with potential new vendors
· Oversee creation and maintenance of a database of checklists, logs, and troubleshooting documents for usage in service preparation and equipment maintenance.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
· Production equipment setup and operation
· Production equipment and projector maintenance
· Operate production booth equipment or camera positions as needed during regular weekly services, retreats, conferences, and special events
· Assist other NaplesChurch departments with production and/or production equipment support
· Manage and run production equipment during special events, retreats, and conferences
· Management of serve team training sessions
· Other duties as assigned

Pay: $57,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year
