The primary contribution of the MLS Support Specialist to NABOR is to ensure that work related to MLS administration and to telephone coverage will be performed in a friendly and efficient manner that demonstrates a desire to have NABOR perceived as a standard of excellence for member services among Florida’s Associations of REALTORS.
Assists the Director of MLS in the activities and operations of the MLS functions. The MLS Administrator performs a wide variety of tasks, and in doing so is an important resource in marketing NABOR’s programs and services to members and applicants through a wide knowledge of NABOR’s programs and services. This person will need to interact positively with members, leadership/volunteers, and staff with a high level of professionalism, service, and confidentiality. Most importantly, we seek someone with outstanding customer service skills, who proactively solves problems and enjoys a challenge.
1. Provides MLS technical support for all MLS products via email and phone inquiries.
2. Performs other duties as directed by the Director of MLS or the CEO
Works closely with the Director of MLS, coordinates activities with appropriate staff, primarily the MLS Department.
Has contact with the members on a variety of services.
