About The Role: 

The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Controller and will be responsible for supporting Nanit’s accounting and financial reporting processes. This individual will work with our internal teams and external providers to provide accurate accounting and reporting data to our investors, lenders and management. 

What you will do:

• Manage areas of the accounting monthly accounting close process 
• Prepare monthly financial reporting used by Nanit’s management team and investors
• Prepare the annual financial statements including execution of the annual external audit 
• Implement internal controls and review procedures
• Understand the flow of financial information through all financial systems and collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams
• Research technical accounting issues and prepared documentation, as needed
• Implement new accounting policies and procedures as needed

What we're looking for: 

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of Accounting experience
• CPA required
• Public accounting in similar industry and/or previous experience working in Big 4 preferred
• Possess intellectual curiosity, is a self-starter, and solutions oriented
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and achieve high quality results
• NetSuite experience required
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate work with a team effectively

Salary Range: $115,000 base equity benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance.
