Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative support in a medical office setting, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk activities
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
- Assist chiropractors with patient care as needed
- Handle billing and insurance claims processing
- Manage inventory of office and medical supplies

Qualifications:

- Experience in medical administrative support or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and billing
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and staff
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment -Willing to train for the right canidiate willing to learn and is teachable.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

-Bilingual
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or front desk assistant
- Understanding of medical records management practices
- Strong customer service skills for providing exceptional patient care
