Seeking a skilled Attorney to join our team to focus on labor law. As a key player, you'll provide expert advice on labor-related matters, interpreting laws, and protecting the interests of both employees and employers. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research on labor laws, regulations, and case precedents. Provide timely advice on employment contracts, workplace policies, disputes, and unfair labor practices. Assist in negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements. Represent clients in labor-related litigation, hearings, and arbitrations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective labor relations strategies. Stay updated on labor laws to provide proactive advice and anticipate legal issues. Build strong relationships with clients, unions, opposing counsel, and government agencies. Provide training on labor law compliance and risk mitigation. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Admission to the state bar with 3 years of labor law experience. In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Proven track record in labor-related litigation and dispute resolution.
