Donovan Hatem LLP is seeking experienced attorneys to join our Professional Practice Group, which provides legal counseling, risk management, claims monitoring and dispute resolution services to architects, engineers, construction managers and their professional liability insurers. In this role you will be on the forefront of issues facing design and construction professionals, and will evaluate, manage, and provide strategic direction on significant complex disputes and litigation matters. You will also engage in risk management of potential high-value construction/design claims, develop resolution strategies, manage local counsel and collaborate with stakeholders and industry experts to prosecute, defend and resolve complex disputes between sophisticated parties.

We currently have opportunities at both the junior and senior attorney levels. Experience in the design and/or construction industry is helpful, but it is not as important as having an intellectual curiosity about modern construction projects that are changing the way that we live and work.
