Qualified candidates must have experience representing pharma and life sciences companies in patent prosecution, reexamination or IPR proceedings, due diligence, and freedom to operate investigations. Advanced degree in Organic Chemistry is required, as is admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
