A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BARBACK / BEVERAGE BUSSER

As a Barback / Beverage Busser, you help our bartenders keep up with a thirsty crowd. While our bartenders are shaking margaritas and mixing cocktails, you're on the move, busily polishing glasses, restocking garnishes, and opening drinks. Although you're not mixing beverages, you have a front-row seat to watching our bartenders in action, and you know there's room for career growth for a quick learner like you!

You are the definition of a "team player," and you jump in and lend a hand wherever you're needed. You're surprised at how quickly the time flies by as you bus tubs from the bar to the dish pit, clean up spills, and replenish napkins. At the end of your shift, you're excited about the tips you've earned, and you look forward to advancing your career in the bartending industry!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BARBACK / BEVERAGE BUSSER

• 21 years of age
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing throughout the shift, moving quickly, and lifting heavy items
