ABOUT MAMA'S ON THE HALF SHELL

In 2003, our opening day was the realization of five years of dreaming, discussing, and collecting. YOUR LIFE AS A BUSSER - BARBACK

This entry-level hospitality position can be part-time or full-time and has a flexible schedule. We are open 7 days per week.

As a full- or part-time Busser - Barback, you are essential to the operations of our restaurant. You work alongside our bartender to provide our guests with high-quality beverage services. When guests approach the bar, you greet them cheerfully and tend to their needs as requested.

Periodically, you check on bottles, mixers, garnishes, and ice to ensure that we are always well-stocked. You keep the bar clean by wiping down glasses and surfaces as well as taking dirty dishes to the kitchen. Following proper cleaning and sanitation standards is your number one priority. You love gaining experience behind the bar and take pride in providing excellent customer service to our customers!
